Returns & right of withdrawal
If you wish to return an item that you have purchased from us in the online store, you have 14 days to return your order. Please note that the items must be returned to us within this period.
Please note this. It is permitted to try on unprotected watches but not to wear them. The consumer is liable for the loss in value of the watch if he wears it. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
It is important to note that if you return your watch, you will have to pay compensation even for minor damage or scratches. It is therefore recommended that you do not remove any adhesive or seals!

Of course you can also use our contact page or the Support Center to get in touch with us.
Step #2
Return form
We will get back to you within 24 hours with a return form and detailed instructions on how to return the watch successfully.
Once you have filled out the return form and sent the watch back to us in the original packaging, your part is fulfilled!
Step #3
Reimbursement
As soon as we have received and checked the watch, we will immediately refund your payment to the payment method you used to purchase the watch.
