Are the prices negotiable?
- No, the prices are not negotiable.

Are all watches original and certified?
- Yes, all our watches are tested and certified original pieces from the respective watchmakers
Right of return & exchange
Can I return a watch?
- Of course, you can find more information on our returns page
Who bears the costs for the return shipment?
- The customer shall bear the cost of returning the watch.
When will I receive a credit note for return shipments?
- You will receive a refund by instant bank transfer as soon as we have received and checked the watch.

Shipping & collection
Are the watches shipped insured?
- Yes, every parcel we send is fully insured for the amount of the purchase price of the watch and is also carefully protected for the shipping route.
How long does delivery usually take?
- It usually takes one working day to prepare the parcel and one working day for shipping within Germany. Please note that shipping to another EU country may take 2-3 days longer. International shipping to other EU countries can take between 1-3 weeks.
What shipping costs do I have to pay when buying a watch?
- Every watch up to a threshold value of 50,000€ will be sent to you fully insured and free of charge. Any watch above this threshold will cost you 49€ for a fully insured order.

- For personal deliveries of watches, please feel free to contact us and we will get back to you with all the details.
